today i run under the damn hot sun at 12pm again.. condition was better today.. although still feel out of breath but was better den last friday...trying my best to run at the limit dat if i exceed dat i will fall slowly slowly extend dat limit.. why? putting my myself in bad conditions to better condition my body so dat sth dat happen that time will not happen again...

though nth happen during the actual race but... donno... after dat incident i really felt sth diff.. i get breathless more easily now... so i nid to run more to get the stamina and endurance back... i love to train but am getting sick of gyming sessions hurhur... i rather run do circuits pull ups and of course row.. i hope i can row this week.. 2 week of not rowing is really too much... every thing will lost touch.. watever train over the months will come to waste... all keyholders.. beware coz i gona psycho you!!

anyway alot of ppl after the marathon saying they are motivated this motivated dat? but how long will dat motivation last? They come right after competition and dies off veri fast.. words are not being put into action enuff.. as always.. i'm guilty of that too seriously..

we muz constantly keep ourself motivated but... to be motivated there muz be a goal.. and to haf a goal.. that goal when accomplish will satisfy a need. the neeed to improve ? the need to win medals? the need to perform?.. hehe but well if u juz love to row ignore wat i haf all said.. juz come down join everyone on ur free time and enjoy this passion of rowing tgt seriously :D:D. I love ppl wif the passion to row.. :D coz i like to row too. joining competition is juz to satisfy my own ego hahaha..

For others who keep saying wana win pls juz train hard there is no short cut to it.. RP a new canoe club is hafin 3 sea slot every week on a non-competition season.. not dat i wana compare but for those who wana be veri competitive wif other schs.. rowing at least twice is veri veri important.. if u onli aim to row once every week... den taking breaks at some weeks dat u dun even appear at all.. i can confirm + chop.. every comps u will onli be rowing for experience...and dats fine if u juz wana enjoy rowing... so anyway.. everyone lets juz constantly remind each other.. motivate each other push them to do wat they say... especially the K rowers.... on the day of moving of equipments to seletar, the team got 5 K rowers but onli 1 turn up to pick up equipments.. still got ppl havent pick up his paddle or lifevest.. for like since.. from the sunday till the sat .. not treating this compy serious at all.. and trainings.. always row onli once per week.. where still veri veri veri buay zai.. n worst sometimes that once per week oso cannot make it.. I not a K rower but i still can over take when i row K?? some even couldnt win my T??? this shldnt be happening at all.. but it all happen becoz nvr train enuff..

alot may say becoz i row for soo long ler.. and dat precisely why! yes i am better becoz i row more times den everyone..when i first join i was a terrible rower i haf no talents inrowing at all.. alot of u i see really got the talents so everyone juz nid to row more.. and i wont be the better one alreadi.. ok guess i am done.. i hope the grads will still come back to push.. though the marathon haf shown nt bad results.. but.. the training attitude is veri wrg alreadi... i rather everyone got lousy results but the correct mentality..

these are the the tots i plan to say.. after the marathon too bad there is no debrief so i haf tink for a loong time and decided to blog it down.
